Support is Timeless,
Not Seasonal.
While the calendar dedicates specific months to HIV, AIDS and Cancer,
compassion is not written in stone.
A gift of hope or a ribbon of solidarity
is just as meaningful in July as it is in December.
We believe in wearing your support
whenever the heart moves you
because the journey for survivors and their families
happens every day of the year.

History of Awareness Bags and Ribbons
The concept of awareness ribbons predates both
HIV, AIDS, and cancer awareness campaigns.
•
Here's the breakdown:
Origin of Awareness Ribbons:
The idea is traced back to the 1970s and a popular song,
"Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree."
•
The wife of a hostage in Iran used yellow ribbons tied around trees
to raise awareness about his situation and advocate for his return.
•
Red Ribbon for HIV, AIDS Awareness:
This specific use of ribbons for a health cause emerged in the 1990s.
•
The Visual HIV, AIDS, Artists Caucus, a New York-based group,
is credited with creating the Red Ribbon for HIV, AIDS awareness, in 1991.
•
Inspired by the yellow ribbons,
they wanted a visual symbol to show compassion
for people living with HIV/AIDS and their caregivers.
•
The red color was chosen for its connection
to blood and the idea of passion
about the disease and love for those affected.
•
Cancer Awareness Ribbons:
The success of the Red Ribbon for
HIV, AIDS, awareness paved the way
for using colored ribbons for other health causes,
including different types of cancer.
•
Specific colored ribbons started appearing in the later 1990s
for various cancers, with pink for breast cancer
being one of the most well-known examples.
•
While the red ribbon for HIV, AIDS, awareness
has a distinct origin story in the 1990s,
the broader concept of awareness ribbons stems from an earlier event
and was then adapted for the fight against HIV, AIDS, and later for various cancers.
•
HIV, AIDS and Cancer Awareness Bags:
are a great way
to spread information and show your support for these important causes.
They can be filled with informative pamphlets
to raise funds for the Charity you have chosen to support
and detailed information about a particular Care Facility.
•
Our, HIV, AIDS, & Cancer awareness Cotton Bags,
are particularly important, practical, and thought after,
because they are: Unique,
Eco-friendly, Machine Washable, Biodegradable, Compostable,
multipurpose and make a Statement without you
having to launch into lengthy explaination.

These kits help manage treatment side effects while boosting morale.

• Hydration & Nutrition: Insulated tumblers, ginger candies, and light snacks.
• Skincare & Hygiene: Fragrance-free lotions and gentle wipes.
