||TA (Triacetate Jackets
||TA is a knitted fabric - it does loose shape with multiple washing - Lining the Jacket helps to retain the shape and hides the often messy back of embroidery. TA is recommended when the garment has to have some stretch ie., Tracksuits - Training tops - etc.
||Bonded Microfiber is a woven wind resistant fabric bonded with a fleecy layer - it does retain its shape no matter how often you wash it and is quick dry. While lining is not necessary, we do recommend body (not sleeves) lining to hide the often messy back of embroidery.
||This is a very durable fabric. It retains it's shape no matter how often it gets washed. It can be treated with stain remover - washed hot (up to 60degrees) if necessary - While the garment will retain it's shape without lining, lining does give it a sophisticated, polished finish and hides the often messy back of embroidery.
||This is modern and durable fabric with some stretch and excellent wind resistancy quality. It does retain it's shape no matter how often it gets washed. It is quick dry. We recommend body lining only to hide the often messy back of embroidery.
Designing - Embroidery/Print design: To keep cost reasonable choose simple designs and whenever possible outlines only. Below are some of our designs we offer at no added artwork generation cost. While all listed designs are printable, embroidery does make the Jackets appear more sophisticated and will last a long time. Printing either fades, or in the case of a heat transfer will start peeling after multiple washes and exposure to sun and rain.
Embroidery cost is determined by the amount of stitches a specific design requires. The bigger the image and the more fill in it requires the more expensive.
Print pricing cost is determined by the size of the print and number of colours a specific image requires. Black and white printing requires a high resolution reprintable .jpg, .png image. Multi coloured images require a vector generated image.
Sublimation (not heat tranfer) is a specialized process where an entire panel gets sublimated before it is cut into it's required shape. It will never fade nor peel. The sublimation price is determined by the size of the panel. It can have as many colours and be as elaborate as you want it to be. Colours can fade into each other or be scattered all over the design. The process requires vector generated artwork.
